Due to the nature of our products and order fulfillment process, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will only issue a refund or replacement if:

  • Your item arrives damaged, or

  • You receive the wrong item

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photo or video proof of the issue

Do not send items back unless instructed, as unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Size, style, or color preferences
